Accordify.js - a simple jQuery accordion plugin

I am finding myself needing to use accordions quite a lot since working on more and more mobile phone designs so I decided to make a small jQuery plugin to suit the basic needs that arise most often. You can download it at github along with usage instructions.

Demo

Here are a couple of  simple demos:

Open one at a time

Only allow a single accordion to be open at any one time:

	$('.accordion-trigger').accordify({
		singleOpen: true
	});

Trigger 1

  • Item 1
  • Item 2
  • Item 3
  • Item 4
  • Item 5
  • Item 6
  • Item 7
  • Item 8

Trigger 2

  • Item 1
  • Item 2
  • Item 3
  • Item 4
  • Item 5
  • Item 6
  • Item 7
  • Item 8

Open any

Allow all accordions to be opened at the same time

	$('.accordion-trigger2').accordify({
		singleOpen: false
	});

Trigger 1

  • Item 1
  • Item 2
  • Item 3
  • Item 4
  • Item 5
  • Item 6
  • Item 7
  • Item 8

Trigger 2

  • Item 1
  • Item 2
  • Item 3
  • Item 4
  • Item 5
  • Item 6
  • Item 7
  • Item 8

Download

You can download it at github along with usage instructions.
